We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for hair extensions that are unopened and in their original security-sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for hair that has been worn, brushed, or tampered with.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
